A 2024 Heritage Fire Tour Recap

As the embers settle on another incredible year, the 2024 Heritage Fire Tour left its mark on culinary enthusiasts and communities nationwide. This year, we brought the flames to 15 unique locations, celebrating live-fire cooking and the talent of local chefs, farmers, and artisans.

From the high-altitude charm of Snowmass to the picturesque vineyards of Napa, every stop delivered unforgettable flavors and a vibrant sense of community. Snowmass showcased chefs who elevated mountain-inspired cuisine, while Napa’s event shone with its sophisticated take on live-fire dishes, paired perfectly with world-renowned wines.

In Louisville, a brand-new addition to the tour, the city’s rich culinary history and warm hospitality set the stage for a memorable debut. Meanwhile, Miami turned up the heat with its vibrant energy and bold flavors, and Pebble Beach hosted a first-of-its-kind collaboration event that blended the best of live-fire cooking with the world of whiskies.

Every stop along the way highlighted the creativity and dedication of the chefs who make Heritage Fire more than just an event—it’s a celebration of passion, craft, and connection.
